UWCSEA Dover has a vacancy for a Sports and Activities Administrator [Internship] from September until February 2026.

Reporting to the Activities Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the support and monitoring of the Sports and Activities programmes and administration.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international school environment, working closely with a passionate team to help deliver engaging sports and activities for students. The role offers exposure to event coordination, student engagement, and administrative processes, providing valuable insight into school operations and extracurricular programming.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date records of student/parent details and program information on the school website and notice boards
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, events, competitions, reviews and meets as scheduled and coordinate pre-season assessments, registrations, trials, payments, website and class allocations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department including student supervision, data entry, payment processing etc.
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as and when necessary
  • Available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (1h lunch) and Saturdays 9am to 1pm
Person Specifications
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, knowledge in Google Suites [including collaborative software such as google calendar and event planning]
  • Motivated self-starter, curious, resourceful and independent; keen to learn
  • Able to work cohesively in a team-based environment as well as independently
