About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Internship Administrator to support our careers and internship operations across two job application platforms. This role involves managing data synchronization, handling day-to-day system and portal enquiries, ensuring the smooth processing of company registrations, job postings, applications, interviews, and offers, as well as supporting reporting and operational needs.

This position is ideal for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and eager to build experience in operational support within a fast-moving, creative, and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day enquiries received via the internship inbox
  • Review and approve all company registrations and job postings
  • Respond to and follow up on enquiries related to company registrations and job postings.
  • Synchronise and manage internship data between two recruitment platforms.
  • Transfer applicants' data to facilitate interviews, assessments, and offer processes as required
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate and update recruitment and operational reports.
  • Support general system administration and troubleshooting coordination.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of work experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest or exposure to the arts, design, or creative industries (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or online recruitment platforms (advantageous).
