Responsibilities:

· Showcases innovative and creative thinking through high-quality design and technical work, inspiring others to engage with these ideas.

· Demonstrates an intricate comprehension of the design process and project requirements, overseeing the preparation of project deliverables and associated tasks.

· Assumes accountability for quality assurance and oversight of project deliverables.

· Coordinates and merges the efforts of external contractors, suppliers, and experts.

· Exemplifies and contributes to a collaborative atmosphere that fosters innovation and sharing of best practices.

· Establishes connections across the organization, actively seeking leadership roles by guiding and supporting junior team members.

· Cultivates productive relationships with clients and consultants.

· Assists senior colleagues in client presentations, making valuable contributions during project meetings and client interactions.

· Takes charge of specific aspects of the project budget, maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

· Strives to grasp the nuances of cost control, fee structuring, and project finances, considering how project fees can be optimized while maintaining positive client relationships and fostering repeat business.

Job Requirements:

· Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design field or possesses equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.

· Demonstrates fluency in both written and spoken English.

· Brings 5 years of experience in sizeable mixed-use projects.

· Exhibits a fervor for architecture and design, characterized by commitment, dependability, and team spirit.

· Displays proficiency in commonly used computer applications within the discipline; proficiency in Revit is imperative.

· Showcases a talent for design, supported by a portfolio highlighting remarkable creativity and innovative thought.

· Boasts a track record of successfully steering large-scale projects through all phases of work, particularly within APAC regions.

· Possesses robust organizational and supervisory skills, proven by a history of effectively managing projects and teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
