Role and Responsibility

  • Lead migration project from on-premises SharePoint server to SharePoint Online.
  • Design and develop replacement solutions and workflows in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and/or Power Automate for existing custom modules currently hosted in the on-premises SharePoint
  • Support potential system integrations between SharePoint Online and other internal or external systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
  • Support IT project activities, such as business requirements gathering, functional workshop discussions, data migration preparation, end-user training, post-implementation support.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with security, data protection, and IT governance standards.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years' experience in SharePoint (On-premises and SharePoint Online)
  • Experience in SharePoint migration from on-premises to SharePoint Online
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Visual Studio and Python is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
