Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Success Intern will work closely with the Machine Learning (ML) team and Customer Success (CS) team in ensuring client satisfaction, smooth postdeployment operations, and effective use of Invigilo's AI video analytics platform for workplace safety. The intern will support daily operations, reporting, and communication between clients, technical teams, and project stakeholders. This role provides hands-on exposure to AI-driven safety solutions, customer engagement, and data-driven performance tracking in real-world industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Engagement

  • Assist in maintaining ongoing communication with clients regarding system performance and feedback.
  • Help organize client follow-up meetings, product demonstrations, and user training sessions.
  • Assist on data collection and stakeholder management.

Data & Analytics Reporting

  • Collect and analyse alert statistics, false-positive rates, and system uptime metrics.
  • Generate daily performance reports for review by the ML team & CS Manager.
  • Assist in visualizing trends related to workplace safety compliance and incident reduction.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Record and organize customer issue logs and resolutions.
  • Support in documenting SOPs, FAQs, and client onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Project & ML) to follow up on pending client requests.

Product Feedback & Process Improvement

  • Collect and summarize client feedback for internal review.
  • Identify recurring support issues and suggest improvements in workflow or documentation.
  • Assist in creating case studies or internal knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Ideal for 6-month internship
  • Minimum 1-year prior internship experience in customer support, client

management, or project coordination

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-centric mindset.
  • Interest in technology, workplace safety, or industrial operations is a plus.
