Up to 2,400 Per Month | Warehouse Request Officer|13 Month bonus |Jurong Port

Jurong Port, Singapore CGP Personnel Full time $24,000 - $48,000 per year
  • Be the main contact point for customers with regards to their warehousing related requests / inquiries
  • Handle inbound and outbound orders and ensure that they are accurately captured in the WMS
  • Arrange transportation where required
  • Process supplier invoices where required
  • Prepare Customer invoicing
  • Ensure customers are satisfied throughout their journey with us
  • Cooperate well with warehouse operators to ensure smooth handling in the warehouse

1)    To verify documentation for all the incoming & outgoing orders.

2)    To ensure that warehouse operators properly stock and store inbound and outbound goods.

3)    To ensure proper record keeping and document reconciliation.

4)    Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

5)    To cooperate closely with warehouse operators.

6)    To cooperate with the freight forwarding colleagues where applicable.

7)    Ensuring process controls are established and adhered to in order to handle stock movement and inventory control according to procedures and work instructions.

8)    To contribute ideas for improving the operations.

9) To ensure daily inbound and outbound activities are carried out properly in order to maintain stock accuracy.

10) To ensure cleanliness of work area at all times.

Requirement and Qualifications:

  • Location: Jurong Port ( Need own transport )

  • Working Hours: 5.5 days Monday to Friday ( 9am - 6pm ) , Saturday ( 9am - 1 pm )

  • Salary: Up to $2.4k + 1 month guaranteed bonus upon completion of contract

  • Benefits: 12 days annual leave, 3-5% annual increment.

  • Medical insurance provided

  • Good with excel will be a plus.
