Job Description
- Position: Production Executive (Food Manufacturing)
- Well Established Singapore Based Frozen Seafood Processing SME
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm); Saturday (8:00am – 12:30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,400 + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)
- Working Location: Jurong Port
- Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Food Processing Manufacturing
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager on planning, organizing, direct and controlling all aspects of production operations.
- Ensure processes are in accordance with requirements and standards.
- Monitor's daily production target is met.
- Plan production schedule and prepare reports of stock count.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.
- Procurement and admin task e.g.: product specifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Mandarin as it is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
