Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic marketing leader to spearhead a broad portfolio of initiatives spanning events, branding, communications, and digital engagement. This role calls for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills who can collaborate across global teams and drive impactful marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Integrated Marketing Leadership: Oversee end-to-end marketing activities, including event planning, sponsorships, branding, digital presence, and production of marketing assets.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Lead ideation, vendor management, planning, and delivery of both large-scale and bespoke events. Ensure flawless execution while maintaining cost and quality standards.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, leveraging tools and analytics to expand brand visibility. Create compelling content for digital and traditional channels.
- ROI & Analytics: Track effectiveness of marketing programs, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Manage data and budgets with accuracy and transparency.
- Creative Development: Conceptualize fresh, trend-aware ideas for collaterals, merchandise, gifts, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand identity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage partnerships, support client engagement programs, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives such as loyalty and anniversary campaigns.
- Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with internal teams to align on strategic objectives, contribute new ideas, and enjoy autonomy in driving projects forward.
- Collateral & Content Creation: Develop brochures, sales kits, presentations, videos, and other materials to support business development and maintain a strong library of marketing assets.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to internal policies and external regulations. Maintain organized records and reporting for all initiatives.
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing across events, digital, and traditional channels.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver under pressure.
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
- A creative eye for branding and design trends.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
