Our client, a renowned player in luxury hospitality, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and increasing market share across Corporate, Leisure, and Group segments. Ideal candidate should be passionate about strategic sales, relationship management, and premium hospitality.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive room revenue and grow market share across Corporate, Leisure (OTA & Consortia), and Group segments.

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key domestic and international leisure accounts, including tour operators, travel agents, corporate clients, and online platforms.

  • Conduct regular proactive sales activities including face-to-face client meetings, calls, and targeted outreach aligned with defined KPIs.

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain close contact with potential and existing clients to secure repeat business.

  • Handle RFPs and consortia solicitation programs, ensuring timely submission and accurate communication with all parties.

  • Organize and conduct familiarization (FAM) trips, site inspections, and on-property entertainment activities.

  • Optimize sales productivity through strategic planning, quality client engagement, and timely reporting.

  • Provide market and competitor intelligence to leadership, contributing to the development of annual sales plans and promotional strategies.

  • Support revenue management and group sales by identifying yield opportunities.

  • Uphold confidentiality standards and contribute to the company's environmental sustainability initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality or relevant discipline

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel sales with a strong background in account management, business development, or MICE/events sales.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong business acumen with an analytical and strategic approach to sales.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.

  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
