Join our Priority Banking – Offshore team as a Senior Relationship Manager and shape the financial future of our high-net-worth clients.

We offer more than just banking; we provide bespoke wealth solutions. In this role, you will be the primary advisor, conducting consultative analysis to understand and meet the unique financial objectives of our offshore clients.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with at least 3 years of relationship management experience. Your expertise will be crucial in deepening client relationships by providing insightful market updates and trend analysis. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs and objectives.
  • Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products, particularly in the Malaysia market.
  • In consultation with the PB team manager, branch manager, or PTL, draw up monthly plans for achieving and exceeding sales targets to meet new business and customer acquisition goals.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in relationship management within the financial services space.
  • Understanding of core concepts, principles, processes, or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking.
  • Knowledge and experience in Offshore markets is an added advantage.
