Job Responsibilities:

  • Community Building & Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives through events, content, and digital platforms that promote collaboration and learning.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, organise, and deliver community events such as workshops, networking sessions, and training programmes, including end-to-end logistics, vendor liaison, and stakeholder management.
  • Programme Tracking & Administration: Streamline administrative workflows, monitor engagement metrics, manage budgets, and prepare progress reports to ensure smooth delivery and continual improvement of community initiatives.
  • Content & Communications: Create engaging community content including newsletters, event materials, and internal communications. Work closely with leaders and members to identify relevant topics, trends, and learning opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or programme management.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and content creation skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail in project and event execution.
  • Proficiency in project management and communication tools, with the ability to analyse engagement data and report outcomes.
  • Interest or exposure to product management principles and emerging trends.
