Our client, a global leader in investment management and technology, is seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join their dynamic corporate hospitality team.

Job Description:

  • Provide professional table and event service during internal and client events
  • Set up and clear meeting rooms, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment
  • Assist with event logistics and coordination with pantry and catering teams
  • Maintain service standards aligned with corporate hospitality expectations
  • Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Facility Management Team
  • Manage & support all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
  • Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as requested by client
  • Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of service areas
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Meeting Rooms / Event Areas
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

Job Requirements:

  • GCE O level with minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in F&B / Corporate Event with good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and client
  • Great Team player
  • Warmth and graciousness with the ability to function in a busy environment
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities

Working hours:

  • Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 6pm
