The Role:

What will you do?

• Assist in diverse projects aimed at enhancing processes within the organization, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
• Help in the implementation of new technologies and digitalization initiatives, contributing to modernizing our operations
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in building action plans for continuous improvement based on the data collected
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making and enhance operational processes
• Take the initiative in leading projects that promote sustainability and biodiversity within the Distribution Center, ensuring our practices align with our environmental goals
• Administrative support for the operations team, including assisting with documentation and providing ad hoc maintenance support

Qualifications:

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering/Logistics/Administration or related
• Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have - Microsoft Excel, Power Point
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and possess self-motivation to take initiative in their tasks
