Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop creative multimedia content (posts, reels, videos, articles) to showcase destinations, promotions, and airline experiences.
  • Brand Storytelling: Showcase behind-the-scenes life (pilots, cabin crew, ground staff) to humanize the airline.
  • Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions with a professional yet warm approach.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated campaigns for seasonal promotions, project launches, and brand milestones.
  • Event Management: Organize and promote events such as press conferences, project inaugurations, travel fairs, and customer and authority gatherings.
  • News Creation: Draft press releases, corporate news articles, and media statements aligned with brand values and business goals
  • Media Handling: Act as a liaison with journalists and media outlets, prepare press kits, and maintain positive press relationships.
  • Crisis Communication: Work with teams to draft clear, empathetic updates during delays, cancellations, or emergencies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.
  • Trendspotting: Stay updated on digital and travel trends to keep content fresh and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong skills in content creation (copywriting, design, video).
  • Proficiency with creative and marketing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, analytics platforms).
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Media relations knowledge, including handling press queries and drafting news releases.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or aviation industries is a plus.
  • Portfolio of creative campaigns or viral content.
