We are not an agency. We are the team behind some of Singapore's most viral and successful food brands, ranging from restaurants to bakeries. Our brands are well-loved, fast-growing, and constantly making waves across social media. We are now looking for a highly independent and resourceful Content Creator to join us on a flexible basis.


Job Description

This is not a role for beginners. We are looking for a one-person creative powerhouse who can take a campaign from idea to viral execution.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing together with management compelling content ideas and titles that can go viral.
  • Planning and executing the full process: from concept to filming, editing, and stitching. Publishing is not required.
  • Producing both ads and organic social media content (FG/IG, Tiktok) that are scroll-stopping and conversion-driven.
  • Managing simple logistics — sourcing talent, locations, or new studios whenever required.
  • Working independently, resourcefully, and confidently, without needing technical guidance.
  • Acting as a "1-man show" most of the time (support WILL be provided when necessary).

Requirements
  • Proven track record in content creation with viral or high-performing campaigns (portfolio required).
  • Confidence in replicating what we have done.
  • Strong video editing and production skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Highly independent, resourceful, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working flexibly and taking full ownership of projects.
