Singapore INDEX CAREER CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management and coordination of subsea projects.
  • Develop, present & negotiate client proposals based on work scope in consultation with management team.
  • Liaise with clients during start-up, operational and post operational periods to discuss, identify and manage client's requirements in accordance with contracts or negotiate variations as they arise.
  • Daily liaison on projects to identify any issues and ensure project is running as planned; coming up with solutions where required to mitigate project delays that impact the client business or profitability rates of the project.
  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance, repair and serviceability of all subsea / decommissioning equipment.
  • Manage all mobilization & de-mobilization of subsea / Decommissioning equipment & personnel.
  • Compilation & submission of equipment / personnel timesheets from both client and sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and sub-contractors.
  • Manage Contract / Project Documentation Folder in System and Shared Drive.
  • Any other tasks pertaining to smooth project execution and equipment readiness

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in engineering/maritime/business field or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in offshore marine industry
  • Subsea experience is a plus
  • Management Skills: Offshore team leadership, subcontractor coordination, client relations.
