Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the construction projects.
  • Plan and launch public relation programs such as: preparing circulars, letters and notices to public and/or tenants/ residence.
  • Attend dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizens' Consultative Committees, Town Councils and any party as directed.
  • Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meeting, as and when directed by the SO Representative.
  • Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact.

  • Work closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities.
  • Develop positive relationship and maintain good rapport with residents and different stakeholders.
  • Participate in project's meeting, record minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project.
  • Maintain proper record of all Customer Relations cases, correspondences and communication materials.
  • All other associated co-ordination and submission works and documentations.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Educational Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • GCE A' Level/Diploma Holder
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Min 5 years' experience in HDB projects preferred
  • Able to multitask, good organizational and time management skills
  • A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office
  • Good communication skills (verbal/written)
