Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for producing accurate 3D models and 2D documentation using BIM software to support the design and delivery of innovative electrical and infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with the Asia Director and collaborate with our Australian Design team to ensure alignment with global standards and best practices.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and detailed drawings for electrical and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to capture design intent accurately.
  • Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
  • Create and manage Revit families and documentation for bills of materials (BOM).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data centre projects.
  • Knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes (sheet metal, laser cutting).
  • Familiarity with BIM360 and Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in Dynamo, Inventor, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks will be highly regarded.
