What You'll Do:
  • Support daily boutique operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive monthly and yearly sales targets through team motivation and effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate in-store events and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Coach and guide sales associates to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build a loyal customer base.
  • Implement CRM strategies to enhance client outreach and retention.
  • Support the development of VIP clientele with the help of the commercial team.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and product mix aligned with market demand.
  • Oversee visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines to enhance in-store presentation.
