The Opportunity:

  • Leading and overseeing development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
  • Require a strong background in hospital project management, construction, and infrastructure development
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively and ensure operational readiness.

The Job:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of development projects from master planning to commissioning
  • Develop and monitor project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee design development, planning approvals, and procurement processes, including construction and M&E specifications
  • Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet project objectives
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in infrastructure or large-scale development projects (particularly in hospital)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and local regulatory requirements in Singapore and Malaysia
