Responsibilities

  • Engage with various internal stakeholders to understand project scope and operational needs.
  • Refine project requirements based on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and long-term benefits.
  • Manage and work with contractors and stakeholders to create effective project timelines and scheduling of construction.
  • Establishing clear milestones and deliverables and track the progress of awarded projects.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
  • Monitor awarded project progress through regular site inspections for quality control.
  • Identify deviations in project execution and proactively coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Communicate key updates to internal stakeholders/management for transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Develop cost data analysis, reporting framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Construction Project Management, Interior Design, Engineering or related Building Services.
  • Experience in running A&A projects and operations will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Sports, Entertainment, Lifestyle venues and events will be an advantage.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong ability to engage effectively with stakeholders on infrastructure-related matters.
  • Effective team player and people management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
