Marketing and Admin Executive

- Plan, execute, and manage Everpet's marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS, and LinkedIn).
- Conceptualize creative content that aligns with Everpet's brand identity.
Conduct and support photoshoots, video shoots, and collaborations with vendors and influencers.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for campaign optimization.
Manage the company website and ensure content remains up-to-date and SEO-optimized.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and PR initiatives to grow community awareness.
- Design marketing collaterals (brochures, social posts, print materials) using Canva or similar tools.
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including document filing, scheduling, and coordination with suppliers.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of supplies and merchandise.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new staff, attendance tracking, and payroll assistance.
- Assist in customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and emails
- Prepare reports, quotations, and invoices when required.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations and timely communication.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, admin, or related roles (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense
- Proficient in Canva, social media tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Compassionate and emotionally mature, able to handle sensitive topics around pet loss.
