Responsibilities

  • Assist the doctor during consultations and minor procedures (e.g. wound care, injections, dressings).
  • Support minor surgeries and procedures in both clinic and operating theatre settings
  • Provide pre- and post-operative patient education and perform wound assessment.
  • Coordinate lab tests, imaging, follow-ups, surgery bookings, and patient admissions.
  • Manage patient scheduling, registration, and appointment coordination.
  • Manage patient communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Process and handle insurance documentation (Pre Authorisations, LOGs, claims).
  • Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation.
  • Monitor and replenish medical supplies and inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and clinic team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc clinical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Nursing
  • Registered nurse with a valid SNB license
  • Require prior experience in orthopaedic setting.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
