Responsibilites:

  • Provide client-centric and compassionate nursing care tailored to individual needs and conditions.
  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate clients' conditions to develop and implement appropriate care plans.
  • Perform clinical procedures (e.g., NGT insertion, catheterization) as required.
  • Observe and assess clients' overall health, including vital signs, responses to treatments/medications, and changes in behavior or condition.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the care plan.
  • Travel to assigned sites/centres to deliver nursing guidance, care and support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Min. 3 years clinical experience in eldercare sector will be advantageous
  • Dynamic team player with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
