Accounts Officer Job Scope:

  1. Handle full sets of Accounts

2.  Handle other financial tasks:

  • Make payment to suppliers in accordance to their credit terms.
  • Deposit cash to banks
  • In charge of Account Receivables
  • In charge of Accounts Payables
  • Financial report submissions
  • Quarterly GST submissions
  • Employee CPF submissions

  • Ensure that financial documents are in order and filed correctly at month end

  • In charge of Payroll

  • In charge of handling yearly audit

Requirements:

1. Must have at least 3 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts, GST submissions, CPF submissions, account receivables, account payables and all matters relating to accounts and finance

  1. Basic Educational Qualifications: Professional Certificates or at least an accounting Diploma.

  2. Basic Skills:

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel)

  4. Possess a good command of English (Written and spoken)

  5. Experience in using ERP system is a must

  6. Can work independently, pays attention to detail and is accurate and systematic

  7. This position requires the incumbent to be organized, pro-active and most of all a good team player providing exemplary service from the heart
