Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team

About Our Client:

Our client is an integrated one-stop provider of M&E services such as extra low voltage ("ELV"), low voltage ("LV") and high voltage ("HV") electrical systems; air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation ("ACMV") systems; and fire protection ("FP") systems.

What you'll be doing?
  • Quotation Planning: Prepare comprehensive plans and documents for supplier quotations, forming the basis for accurate pricing.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Compile and assess quotations from various suppliers and vendors, ensuring alignment with tender requirements.
  • Bill of Quantities: Conduct quantity take-offs, source materials, and estimate labor costs to create detailed bills of quantities.
  • Pricing Analysis: Carry out in-depth breakdown pricing to ensure competitive and accurate cost estimates.
  • Tender Expertise: Demonstrate understanding of tender scopes, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
  • Design & Build Knowledge: Apply preferred knowledge in Design & Build Tenders to enhance project outcomes.
  • Team Support: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the manager, contributing to overall team success.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Hold an NTC or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Services, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
  • Project Experience: With at least 2 years of experience in Project Tendering/Costing
  • Attention to Detail: Showcase your meticulous nature and ability to manage complex information accurately.
  • Independent Worker: Demonstrate capability to work autonomously and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) to effectively manage and present information.

  • Working Hour: 815am - 6pm
  • Working Location: 10 Tagore Dr, Wah Loon Building, Singapore 787625
  • Salary Range: $3,800-$5,500
