• Assists to formulate, implement and review plans for the development of GROs and the community.

• Attends monthly meetings of the GROs assigned and takes follow-up actions.

• Acts as a catalyst to encourage and assist the GROs to plan and implement community and GRC projects.

• Provides administrative and logistical support and guidance to the GROs to facilitate effective implementation of their activities.

• Co-ordinates the recruitment, appointment and reappointment of members of the GROs and community volunteers to ensure a high level of involvement and minority group participation. • Assists to submit timely and accurate reports and progress reports on the GROs, to provide feedback and recommend changes and improvements to PA Headquarters, thereby facilitating communication and co-ordination between the field and PA.

• Assists to supervise and guide and work together with the staff in the Constituency Office to ensure optimal utilisation of human resources in achieving constituency and PA targets.

• Establish networks and collaborates with external partners in achieving constituency and PA targets.

• Works with external partners to co-create solutions beneficial to the people and the community.

• Assists the GROs to publicise their event and enlarge the network with the help from social media.

• Assist to identify, reach out to and connect with the networks in the community to build relationship and organize meaningful programmes for the residents.

• Assists to formulate, implement and review plans for the development of GROs and the community through an evidence-based approach.

• Facilitate civic engagements and outreach to local residents through house visits and community activities.
