As a People & Culture Intern, you will play an active role in shaping this journey, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of HR disciplines while contributing to initiatives that make a real impact on our teams across the region.
- Drive People Impact: Support projects across Talent & Performance, Learning & Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Growth Culture.
- Collaborate Regionally: Work closely with Global, Regional, and Market HR teams to deliver signature Asia programs, such as the Asia Graduate Trainee Program, Employer Branding Campaigns, and People & Culture Surveys.
- Be Part of Something Bigger: Take on ad-hoc projects that challenge your creativity, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities while contributing to meaningful outcomes.
- Available for at least 6 months (full-time or a hybrid of full- and part-time, minimum 3 days per week).
- An undergraduate student (any discipline) with a passion for people and culture.
- A curious mind with strong analytical skills. You can turn data into stories and insights that drive decisions.
- A confident communicator and collaborator who enjoys working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (report building, template design; Macros is a bonus).
Someone who is organized, proactive, and adaptable, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
