Our client is a reputable logistics and freight forwarding company known for delivering efficient, reliable, and customer-focused supply chain solutions. With a strong global network, they support businesses across various industries in managing their import and export operations seamlessly.

The Job

  • Follow company procedures and guidelines for all export and import processes.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all shipping documents, permits, and related paperwork.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation (HAWB labels, seal numbers, etc.).
  • Handle general shipping functions, including system data entry and updates.
  • Coordinate and follow up on shipments with stakeholders (subcontractors, airlines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers, and overseas offices).
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

The Talent:

  • Good working attitude, hardworking, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a freight forwarding company preferred.
  • Eager to learn and grow in logistics and freight forwarding.
