We're seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Food Operations Advisor to help shape the future of our operations. This is a multifaceted role that blends strategic planning, operational learning, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with senior leadership to translate insights into action, while gaining hands-on exposure to the day-to-day workings of a thriving F&B business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with Company objectives and deliver measurable results
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate marketing, sales, and revenue optimization strategies to drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with Management to review performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Strengthen and streamline operational processes, enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and profitability
  • Support daily operations and complete assigned tasks, contributing to smooth outlet functioning and team success.
  • Participate in strategic meetings and learning sessions, contributing insights and gaining exposure to high-level decision-making.
  • Observe and learn from experienced team members, building a deep understanding of company culture, SOPs, and workflows
  • Understand and apply company policies, SOPs, and operational processes across various departments.
  • Engage with outlet operations to identify ground-level challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Achieve KPIs and developmental goals set at the outset of the role, demonstrating initiative and strategic thinking.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents to support decision-making and project execution.
  • Undertake any other projects and initiatives as assigned by Management, adding value through fresh perspectives and transformation efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food & Culinary Arts, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative in dynamic, non-routine situations.
  • Creative thinker with a strong awareness of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Positive mindset and adaptability to new environments, cultures, and challenges.
  • Willingness to undergo structured training and successfully complete required assessments.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and confidential projects.
