Commercial Advisor (Business Strategy/ Oil & Gas)

12-Month Contract

Salary : Up to $9,000 depending on experience

Location : Harbour Front

Industry : Oil & Gas

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with the Vietnamese market , conduct business operations and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Consults with organization to provide specific knowledge and expertise related to commercial or business environment.
  • Serves as subject matter expert to develop, assess operations or current commercial strategy, guide client decisions and make recommendations.
  • Improve organizational effectiveness via commercial practice improvement initiatives.
  • Encourage the appropriate and effective use of commercial practices, standards, and tools.
  • Support prioritization of commercial opportunities or negotiations on behalf of the business.

Requirements

  • In-depth interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable on commercial or business subject matter expertise.
  • The role involves direct market engagement in Vietnam. Hence Vietnamese language proficiency with minimum VLPT B2 or equivalent is required to conduct business, as well as preparation of reports and presentations that may be required by the clients or stakeholders
  • In-depth interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in commercial advisory, business strategy, or business development, ideally within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
  • Prior experience in the lubricants market
