Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Strategy to join our Corporate Planning & Development team. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization's long-term direction through strategic planning, performance management, and key corporate initiatives.

This role reports to the Head of Corporate Strategy and is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a tangible impact through strategic thinking and execution.

  • Salary Range: $5,500 – $7,500/month
  • Location: Kent Ridge
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Development

  2. Lead the development and refinement of short- and long-term corporate strategies and plans.

  3. Establish measurable objectives, milestones, and accountability frameworks across departments.
  4. Conduct market and internal research to inform decision-making and strategic direction.

  5. Drive the communication and cascade of strategic plans across business units.

  6. Strategic Performance Management

  7. Track and analyse organizational performance against strategic goals and KPIs.

  8. Prepare performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

  9. Work with data teams to identify performance trends, gaps, and improvement areas.

  10. Corporate Planning Cycles

  11. Manage annual corporate workplan cycles and facilitate high-level strategic meetings and retreats.

  12. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of plans and follow-through on key initiatives.

  13. Support content and material development for senior management presentations and retreats.

  14. Corporate Governance & Policy

  15. Lead reviews of Capital Expenditure Post-Implementation Reports.

  16. Oversee governance processes for new clinical services and thematic units, including policy development and approvals.

  17. Strategic Projects & Support

  18. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to shape clinical service strategies and strategic roadmaps.

  19. Support the development of strategic white papers and pilot initiatives.
  20. Assist with ad-hoc strategic projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, planning, or performance management. Healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
