About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Ansac Technology (S) Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Customer Service team. Based in our Woodlands office, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and positive experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide professional and high-quality customer service experience to all visitors and clients.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Process customer orders and ensure their accuracy.
  • Offer active sales support to the field sales and service teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations for clients.
  • Follow up on after-sales support, including reminder calls and quotation follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with key sales personnel to drive specific applications, such as safety products.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Training will be provided.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Words, Excel). Using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other administrative software will be added advantage.
  • Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and customer-centric attitude.
