
Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving technical issues within the mechanical domain. Responsibilities include:
- Utilize fundamental mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems efficiently. This could involve planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and execution of services.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address and resolve after-sales issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to discuss and implement solutions for customer concerns.
- Conduct regular periodic visits to clients for assessing service quality and address any emerging needs.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
- Acquire good understanding of engineering principles and best practices within the specific field.
- Demonstrate adaptability by managing additional tasks as required to support overall company objectives and business domain.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a mechanical role or similar industry is essential.
- Proven experiences in customer service and relationship management.
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with stakeholders in the region.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to thrive in a challenging work environment.
