Woodlands, Singapore CPG Facility Management Full time $31,200 per year

Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Executive is responsible to formulate resolution and respond in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer service to callers.
Job Requirements:
- Rotating shift 8.5 hours (Willing to work graveyard shift from 9.30pm to 8.15am if there's an operation need)
- 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays
- Prefer one with minimum 6 months of experience working in a contact center industry or customer service experience in a high-volume, multi-channel Customer Experience and/or Customer Service function is preferred.
- Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment due to high volume of inquiries
- Willing to travel to Woodlands
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $2, $2,600.00 per month
