Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS certification) is a plus.

- Windows and VMS operating system administration

- Security best practices and implementation
