Internship (Full time) – Management Consulting, Banking

Duration: 6 months (Starting January 2026) – Leave of Absence is required.

Join our consulting team to gain hands-on experience in strategy execution and business development within the financial services sector. Working alongside seasoned management consultants with years of banking expertise, you will receive direct mentorship and guidance while developing professional competencies in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

This internship offers a unique opportunity for students to contribute meaningfully to business development activities while building domain expertise in the banking industry. Intern will get an opportunity to define market positioning, execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies from conception to launch, and own tangible outcomes that directly impact business growth – all while operating in a fast-paced environment where execution quality and speed matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the definition and implementation of the Go-To-Market strategy for the selected consulting service offering.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine positioning.
• Collaborate with consulting colleagues across different locations and external vendors to strengthen service proposition in the market.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials, brochures, and thought leadership content.
• Assist senior to prepare presentation materials, client proposals, and demonstration materials to support sales pitches.
• Provide ad-hoc support to senior consultants or leadership team as required.

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (ideally 3rd/final year students).
• Have hands-on experience building or launching a business or substantial project from concept to launch.
• Systematic in approaching complex problems and consistently applying logical frameworks to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Demonstrates a proactive, self-starter attitude with strong initiative and a drive to achieve results independently and in team settings.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills with colleagues and external vendor partners.
• Good understanding of the banking industry – both retail bank and private bank.
• Relevant internship experience in banking / consulting / start-up (business development).
