As an Intern at our Investment banking division, you will have a varied working day consisting of valuation and modelling, performing analysis of companies and industries, and preparing pitches and investor materials on various projects.

The Internship opportunity is full-time from January until the end of June 2025.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting research to gather industry-level and company-specific data.
- Preparation of pitchbooks and company profiles.
- Prepare analyses such as detailed financial modelling and business evaluations.
- Assist the full-time staff in the drafting of actual transaction documents.
- Assist the full-time staff in liaising with clients as and when required.
- Any further ad-hoc work as required by the senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Be in the second or third year of study.
- GPA of 3.70 and above (SMU). GPA 4.5 and above (NTU, NUS)
- Keen interest in understanding key industry trends and important drivers of the Energy, Offshore and Shipping sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial terms and concepts.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
