Job Summary:

  • Employment type: 12-month contract
  • Working location: Pasir Panjang
  • Working schedule: Mon to Thurs, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1 hour break. May include duties on weekends and PH to support operations when required.
  • About the Role: We are seeking an Asset & Facilities Compliance Executive to support the management of national stockpile assets and work with partner hotels serving as Multi-Purpose Community Isolation Facilities (MPCIF). You will be involved in asset accounting, disposal operations, hotel engagement, and ensuring compliance with updated Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track assets stored at third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
  • Verify asset condition, loan movements, and support donation/transfer activities.
  • Assist in disposal of expired or redundant assets.
  • Support MOU renewal with partner hotels and coordinate engagement sessions.
  • Conduct site checks and assess hotels against IPC requirements.
  • Prepare updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a degree with 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in managing inventory, ensuring accountability, and enforcing compliance is an advantage.
  • Strong operational management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Able to conduct site visits and work with external partners.
