Customer Service/ Admin Coordinator | Entry level/ 2600 + High OT/ North

Job Scope:
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Handle enquiries, give accurate information, and assist customers with their needs
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, follow up until closure
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and workshops
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Prepare quotations, job orders, and work orders
- Liaise with contractors on service quality, pricing, and timelines
- Monitor vehicle servicing/repairs and update customers on progress
- Inform customers of service schedules and vehicle collection
- Investigate basic complaints and suggest solutions
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Nitec/ Diploma in Business Administration or Logistic Supply Chain or equivalent
- Relevant experience in Customer Service and Administration is preferred
- Good communications skills, organized and detail – oriented
