What You'll Do:

As a Head Coach, you'll go beyond running sessions, you will:

  • Lead dynamic, high-intensity group training classes with technical precision and energy
  • Onboard and guide new members through their first weeks, ensuring they feel motivated, supported, and on track
  • Create personal connections that keep members engaged and excited to train
  • Support the development of our coaching team, helping raise standards and share best practice
  • Play an active role in shaping a studio culture that's both fun and high-performing

What You Bring to the Team:

  • ACSM or ACE Personal Training Certification (or international equivalent)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Based in Singapore
  • At least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry (group or personal training)
  • Confident, clear communicator who can motivate and connect
  • A positive, energetic presence that inspires members and teammates alike
  • Hunger to grow and lead — both in the studio and in your career
