Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development & Management

  • Identify and build long-term strategic partnerships with corporations, educational institutions, grassroots organisations, and community groups.

  • Liaise with partners to develop mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities (e.g. CSR projects, sponsorships, awareness campaigns).

  • Manage partner engagement from proposal to execution, including presentations, MOUs, and impact reporting.

  • Maintain and update a partnership database and track engagement outcomes.

2. Volunteer Recruitment & Coordination

  • Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies to meet SAVH's program and event needs.

  • Manage volunteer onboarding, including orientation, training, and deployment.

  • Coordinate volunteers for regular programs (e.g. client assistance, reading/writing support) and one-off events (e.g. Flag Day, International White Cane Day).

  • Maintain accurate volunteer records, schedules, and hours logged.

3. Volunteer Engagement & Recognition

  • Design and execute volunteer appreciation activities and campaigns to foster long-term engagement.

  • Act as the main point of contact for volunteer feedback and support.

  • Monitor volunteer satisfaction and retention and propose improvements to the volunteer experience.

4. Program Support & Event Involvement

  • Work with internal teams to understand operational needs and align partnership or volunteer involvement accordingly.

  • Assist in planning and running SAVH events involving corporate sponsors and volunteers.

  • Prepare briefings, event kits, and post-event reports for stakeholders.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare reports on partnership and volunteer metrics, such as engagement levels, outcomes, and satisfaction.

  • Support funding proposals and grant reporting through partnership impact documentation.

  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs, templates, and contact lists relevant to partnerships and volunteer management.
