About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team at ATA EVENT & VACATION HUB PTE LTD'. This is a full-time position based in the Woodlands North Region. You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial management of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general accounting duties such as data entry, reconciliations,
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining records
  • Performing other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday (9.30am - 5pm)

What we're looking for

  • Relevant Diploma or tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the service industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach to work
