We are looking for new talent to join us to provide families a comforting experience for this journey. Experience is not critical but a passion to serve and help others is vital.

We are currently looking for Full Time Accounting personnel to join our team.

Responsibilities

The scope of responsibility includes regular Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Expenses end to end cycles, including the following: -

· Liaise with the business unit for verification of the invoices and costs accruals

· Responsible for the monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

· Monitor prompt collection of outstanding accounts

· Ensure timely recording of accounting entries into accounting system

· Maintain proper filling & documentation

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Certification in Accounting

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

  • Proficient in MS office and Quickbooks

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail
