Job title: Travel Operations Executive (Japanese speaking) -CK

Location : Central

Job responsibilities:

・Handle bookings and travel arrangements based on inquiries and requests from the Japan sales office received via phone or email

・Provide information on travel visas and entry requirements to the Japan sales office

・Support travel operations, including making reservations and being on standby at hotels or assigned venues to ensure smooth tour execution as instructed by the Japan sales office

・Coordinate with local vendors, service providers, and tourist attractions

・Assist with special requests and custom arrangements in coordination with the Japan sales office

・Monitor and manage daily tour activities to ensure everything runs smoothly

・Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

・ Work experience in admin or Tourism or Hospitality industry is advantage

・Able to communicate in Business level Japanese with Japan land operators, Japan sales office & tour arrangement.

・Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

・Knowledge of MS Office.
