About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead and optimize our logistics and warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of day-to-day delivery and warehousing operations. This role plays a critical part in scaling operations, driving process improvements, and supporting the delivery of a consistent and qualitied customer experience.

Responsibilities:
-
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute warehousing and logistics strategies aligned with company goals and customer expectations.

Warehouse Operations Management:
Oversee all warehousing operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, order fulfilment, and space utilization.

Process Improvement & Optimization:
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics and warehouse operations team. Establish clear performance metrics and ensure accountability.

External Liaison:
Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with all internal SOPs, regulatory and safety standards related to logistics and warehousing.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, e-commerce, customer service, and finance teams to align operational goals and service levels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing management, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experienced in automated warehousing solutions, WMS, WES and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations.
• Technical knowledge on automated warehousing IT infrastructure, international trade and contracts is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced industries such as manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
