Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with daily accounting operations
  • Gain exposure to various functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Fixed Asset Register maintenance
  • Handle accounting-related queries with auditors, banks, and internal departments
  • Process refunds and prepare intercompany invoices
  • Manage financial data using Oracle NetSuite
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the Manager or Team Leader
  • Any other additional ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Students with a keen interest in hands-on accounting experience
  • Ideally available to start around 1 August 2025 for a minimum duration of 2 months or longer

Working Location: Ubi

5-day work week, Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
