Singapore CRYSTAL JADE FINE DINING PTE. LTD. Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Partner Relationship Team to ensure consistent standards and policies across all outlets.

  • Liaise with relevant parties in preparation of franchise-related contracts and legal documents.

  • Support Department Manager in ensuring the Group's policies are streamlined between the franchise outlets.

  • Prepare meeting materials, coordinate and attend monthly Group meetings.

  • Administrative support to the team such as booking of flights and hotel.

  • Ad hoc task as assigned by the Department Manager

Experience & Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Legal Studies with 2 – 3 years' relevant experience

  • Experience in preparing legal contracts and providing franchise support will be an added advantage.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with foreign partners from China and Hong Kong.

  • Meticulous and good time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Flexible with working slightly over normal working hours
