Monday - Friday Office Hours

The Role:

• Create high-quality documentation and content to drive seamless adoption of Tech Stacks.
• Focus on CI/D (SHIP-HATS), Container Stack, and Monitoring StackOps products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product documentation including guides, demos, tutorials, starter kits, design specifications, and technical blogs.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear and accurate conceptual, how-to, and reference guides.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to shape content strategy.
• Lead pilot initiatives to test content formats, types, and mediums, recommending content cadence.
• Incorporate feedback agilely to improve content quality.
• Ensure content consistency and timely updates across platforms.
• Research industry trends and integrate best practices from leading tech companies.

Career Growth Opportunities:

• Evolve as a tech advocate by engaging with local and international developer communities.
• Progress into a Product Manager role managing the full lifecycle of Teckstacks products.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Communications, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience writing for developer and technical audiences (10+ years for senior roles).
• Experience documenting cloud-based products or familiarity with cloud technologies.
• Excellent writing, communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with a recognized style guide.

Preferred:

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Software Development.
• Ability to walk through workflows to verify and streamline processes.
• Experience with graphics, design, or video creation.
• Share examples of product documentation you admire and explain why.
