Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning opportunities into closed deals, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in seeing events come to life from start to finish. You'll be rewarded with a competitive base salary and commission structure, giving you control over your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads from first contact to successful closing, delivering an excellent client experience
  • Take ownership of confirmed deals, ensuring seamless event activation and prompt payment collection
  • Proactively source new leads through targeted outreach, networking, and partnerships
  • Run re-engagement campaigns to convert past leads into repeat business
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date, ensuring every opportunity is tracked and followed through
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver memorable client events and experiences
  • Monitor sales performance and share insights to improve processes and results

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in events, hospitality, or experiential marketing a plus)
  • Strong business communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Diligent, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in business tools to manage leads, track performance, and communicate professionally
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering results
